Soft & Chewy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

These chewy, delectable chocolate cookies are a treat any time of day any time of the year!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (2-layer size) devil's food cake mix
  • 125 grams (1/2 of 250g package) Philadelphia Brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Smooth peanut butter
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375℉.
  2. Place all ingredients in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed 2 min. Beat on medium speed an additional 2 min.
  3. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets. Flatten each ball, in criss-cross pattern, with tines of fork dipped in sugar.
  4. Bake 7 to 8 min. or until edges of cookies are set. Cool 2 min. on baking sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

    I wish that it wasn't a cake mix recipe. That means buying a cake mix. I like baking from scratch completely. But it sounds awesome anyways.
