This easy cheesy dessert will make you feel just like a kid at a birthday party again. You can choose to top your desserts like I do with chocolate chips, whipped cream, and a cherry. Or for another fun experience, you can put out bowls of your favourite banana split toppings for your guests to top their own individual Frozen Banana Split Cheesecakes!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana, about 3 large bananas
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Kraft caramel squares, cut into 6 small pieces each
  • 12 graham crackers, with corners broken to fit into the bottom of a muffin tin section
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 12 maraschino cherries

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine bananas, lemon juice, yogurt, sugar, and Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Pulse until mixture is combined.
  2. Stir in the Kraft caramel square pieces and process the mixture in an ice cream maker, about 25 minutes.
  3. Fill a muffin tin with paper muffin cup liners. Place one graham cracker in each liner and fill with frozen yogurt.
  4. Freeze the desserts in your freezer until you're ready serve, a minimum of an hour.
  5. When you're ready to serve, peel the muffin cup liners off the desserts and place one on each plate. Top with a sprinkle of chocolate chips, a dollop of whipped cream, and a maraschino cherry. Or, if you prefer, serve your desserts without toppings and put out small bowls of your favourite banana split toppings for your guests to top their own desserts.
  6. Enjoy!
