Strawberry-Cheesecake Ice Cream

When all you want is sweets, it’s tough to cut out baking during the summer heat. But then you come across a fabulous dessert item like this one which features both its fruit-filled and its frozen virtues right in the title!

    • 1 pkg. (250g) Philadelphia Brick cream cheese, softened
    • 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
    • 1/3 cup whipping cream
    • 2 tsp lemon zest
    • 1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
    • 3 graham wafers, coarsely chopped
Cook Time720 min.
Prep Time35 min.
Yields9 serv.
  1. Mix first 4 ingredients with mixer until well blended. Freeze 4 hours or until almost solid.
  2. Beat cream cheese mixture with mixer until creamy. Blend berries in blender until smooth. Add to cream cheese mixture with chopped wafers; mix well. Freeze 8 hours or until firm.
  3. Remove ice cream from freezer 15 min. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly before scooping to serve.
