the perfect combination of bananas and peanut butter

Ingredients

  • 2 cups banana (arrowroot) cookies, crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/3 cups brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup banana pudding
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Directions

  1. combine cookies crumbs with melted butter, press into a 9 inch spring-form pan bake at 325 for 10-15min until golden
  2. mix the remaining ingredients and pour onto the cooled crust. bake at 325 for 11/2hours

    PB and banana are a classic combo but add the cheescake part and its bound to be a fantastic fusion of flavor favoites!
