What Cuisines Do You Want to Learn to Cook?
One thing that brings all people together is food. Cultures all over the world approach cooking very differently, and nowadays we have the ability to learn about another country’s cuisine in an instant via all sorts of media. (Of course, it’s always nice to experience it in person when possible! Wishful thinking…hint, hint.) And let’s not forget all the different cuisines you can discover right here at Real Women of Philadelphia, as we shared during World Cuisine week.
Some people find that their food is most influenced by the roux and pastries of France, but would like to learn how to make authentic Vietnamese pho. Here at Real Women of Philadelphia HQ, a few of us aspire to cook an amazing chicken mole or creating our own dim sum spread of dumplings, potstickers and BBQ pork buns. Yum!

have always enjoyed "southern" cuisine - would love to learn to make amazing grits, ribs and fried chicken, to name just a few of my favourites -
