Are you excited about our Cheesecake of the Year contest kicking off on Monday? Any first-time cheesecake bakers out there? No need to fear, you’ve come to the right place! Our community is full of cheesecake tips and tricks!
How do you keep the top from cracking? How do you get the same consistency all the way through? These are all questions the Real Women of Philadelphia community can answer. Im making 1/5 size batches of filling for testing purposes this weekend. the best part of a 1/5 size cheesecake is you can eat the whole thing and not feel guilty. even after you have eaten 5 or 6 of them :) -

I'd love to be Vaughan today! My cheesecakes don't usually turn out well and I'd love some tips from seasoned cheesecake bakers. I do have two creative takes ready to test and photograph for the contest though and I can't wait to see everyone's entries next week! -

I had a lot of fun yesterday afternoon imagining my cheesecake. I'm off this afternoon to get my ingredients to begin round 1 - poor Vaughan is going to have to do all that tasting! I'm also really looking forward to seeing what everyone else comes up with... Happy creating everyone!
