Hello dollysgramma, That depends upon what coupon giveaway or contest you are talking about. For example, Save.ca sent out the coupons for our Philly Chocolate giveaways back in February, but we're sending out the "Philly for a Year" vouchers to the winners of the giveaways that are happening right now (http://realwomen.phillycanada.com/contest-win-philly-for-a-year). I just want to know more simple recipes. I am a 62-year old man who has spent close to 40 years in restaurant kitchens. now that I have taken a medical retirement, I can relax and learn some fun recipes for home. So this web site will be a treasure to me Thank-you!

Hello Mitch, While members only have access to any photos and videos which you have uploaded to your account, I assure you we do not have to access to your private pictures and videos on your desktop or in your Facebook/Flicker/YouTube account. Shutting off email notifications is very easy on your end -- let me walk you through it:
1) Sign in and go to your Profile Page.
2) Click on "My Account" (at the bottom of the list of options under your name and Profile Pic on the lefthand side of the screen).
3) Click on "Email Preferences" (near the top of the page, second from the right).
4) Untick any of the email notification boxes that are ticked off which you would like to stop receiving emails for. Then, at the bottom of the page, you can also click the "X" next to any blogs, photos or recipes that you are receiving updates for which you would no longer like to receive.
5) Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
You can also click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any notification emails that you receive. Please let me know if you have any further questions and we would be happy to assist! You can also always reach out via Private Message to myself or our Philly Site Admin here on the site.

How do I go about putting my photos to a link for the Behind the Scenes at Kraft Kitchens. I put them in my photos section but have no idea how to add them to the comments on the blog. HELP!!!!!
