Hi, everyone!
Summer is here and that means delicious fruits and vegetables abound! Berries and stone fruits and melons and tomatoes and bell peppers and corn, mmm-mmm-mmm! So, I ask you this:
What’s your favourite fruit or vegetable to dip in Philly? And have you tried any of the Philly Dips? Share with us below!
Thanks and have a very happy Tuesday!

Favorites are carrots and broccoli. The best fruit for dipping are strawberries and melons. -
I was asked to bring a vegetable dip to a party. This request came at the last minute. I did not have any dips on hand, so I looked in my fridge and saw there was several compatible Mediterranean ingredients available. So I set about to saute these ingredients and once they were properly married, I added this "jam" to softened Philly Cream Cheese and voila "Chuck's Mediterranean Dip" was born!
I have served this dip many times over the years and it is a favourite amongst my friends and I and I am oftened asked to bring it along as my contribution to an eveing of food and fellowship. -
I can't say that I have tried the new dips, but after reading some of the comments. I think roasting red peppers with a roasted garlic dip would be great! -
PineApple!!!!!
I know it is a spread more than a dip but it is my most favorite!
I love it with EveryThing, from carrots, snow peas, crackers, toast, heck even just on a spoon!...lol -

I just love the ranch philly dip with brocolli, carrots, cut up red peppers. My young grandsons just love this so I always make sure I have some on hand when they come over. -
When I directed to wholesome animated film, "Fruitful Sex" chef Michael Smith contacted me and said he thought he was the one to use fruit in the most creative way, but that I take the prize! I love fruit and created a cast of fruit for my film retelling the story to waiting for the right partner! You will have to see what a orange and banana produce! Yet, during that experience I found a love for Persimmons, they are great with a side of Philadelphia cream cheese and strawberries! -
It's wonderful to have you back, Jessica! Yum, cauliflower with Herb and Spice Philly Dip sounds delicious. I love dipping carrots in Garden Vegetable Ranch Philly Dip, and also, for a sweeter treat, spreading Strawberry Philly on bananas! -
Wow I haven't been on here in a long time! I've been so busy planning my gardens and tweaking some cheesecake recipes for a few orders. I've even been doing trials in making cheesecake pops! Hopefully I get those right soon!
I love the herb and spice with cauliflower! Yum!!! Its my favorite dip! So much so I make a chews ball out of it. One container of dipto one brick of cream cheese and about a cup of shredded cheese. Mix together and then I till in the left over shredded cheese. It always goes fast!
