When it’s warm outside, sometimes the last thing you want to do is turn on your oven, even to make a cheesecake! So I turned to Cooking with Philly to find some great no-bake recipes, and look at the amazing cheesecakes I found:

I made the Fruit Smoothie Cheesecake this weekend, and it was delectable! It was so warm out, I decided to give the cheesecake a couple of hours in the freezer, which was a great idea, if I do say so myself. I can't wait to make the other two!
