Cooking with Philly: Thanksgiving Courses!
Are you counting down to the Thanksgiving holiday like I am? In preparing for our feast this year, I found some great recipes from Cooking with Philly that you might like to try.
If you were thinking of perhaps steering clear of roasting a turkey or ham, try this amazing casserole that is a whole Thanksgiving feast all in one!

We are having Thanksgiving at my brother-in-laws this year. My goal is to make a homemade pumpkin pie with a brown rice crust. I hope it turns out well. -
Great catch, dragonmouse! The temperature should be 350°. I hope everyone enjoys some of the above tasty treats! I always add Chive and Onion Philly to my mashed potatoes, but this year maybe I'll try the Roasted Garlic? -
I have to say that the cheesecake lookes delicious but when I check the recipe there is no temperature listed for the baking.

we all love stuffing LOL, and toss mashed potatoes and gravy on top of that, yum, and I like the dark meat, so I get lots, as most of my family likes the white meat
