OMG, what an amazing idea. I love salted carmel but never have thought to combine it with cheesecake. Now maybe make this into a flavour for an ice cream??? -

I got Purdy's Peanut Butter & Pink Himalayan Salt chocolates for my birthday last year. Have been obsessed with the chocolate/salt combo ever since. Can't wait to try the cheesecake recipe.
